our shipping and return policy
We ship out the same day the order is placed if placed before 12:00 (noon). If it is after 12:00, your order will be shipped out the next day. If the products ordered are back-ordered, we will ship them out as soon as they are received.
We currently deliver only to the United States . We do not make international deliveries (or to Puerto Rico).
Tracking the Shipment of Your Order:
We provide you the UPS or USPS tracking number upon your request. You can use the number on www.ups.com or www.usps.com to track your order, once you have received the tracking number.
Where is Your Order:
If the UPS or the USPS tracking information shows the order has been delivered, be sure to check everywhere for the package. Occasionally, carriers will leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, or places like your porch, garage, or even behind bushes. If there is no tracking information or the tracking information shows the item as returned to us, contact us by email or phone. We may have the wrong shipping address, the driver may have attempted to deliver it, with being unsuccessful, or the carrier may have lost it.
If You Are Not Home:
It is up to the driver's discretion whether to require a signature when delivering your order or whether to simply drop it off at your doorstep or with a building manager or in an office. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature, he/she will try a few times to get one. After that, the package will be returned as "undeliverable". These undeliverable orders will not be resent. A new order must be placed.
Products Arriving Together:
Most of the products are all shipped out together in one box and will arrive at the same time. If the order is large and is shipped in more than one package, they may arrive separately-although that is rare. If you log in to your account, you can see the number of tracking numbers listed for your order. That determines the number of packages that were shipped. On the UPS or the USPS website, you can also see the estimated delivery date for each package.
Each product comes with a three year warranty. Normal Wear and Tear is not warranted. Any cuts with scissors, wear from a defective chair, cot, mat or crib mattress, washing machine involvement, etc. is not cover. Each case will be reviewed to determine if it was the products malfunction or the users.
If it is the malfunction of the Happi-Nappi product, it will be replaced and shipped to you at our cost. Along with the shipment, a prepaid return label will be included in the package for the defective item to be shipped back to our office.
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of unused products within 30 days of the sale date and issue a full refund except for shipping cost.
How to Return A Product:
Return shipping is easy. To return any item(s), simply contact our Customer Care Center via phone 877-763-0701, local Memphis, TN 794-0220 or email (email@example.com). A friendly Customer Care person will help you with your return. Your return may then be handed to any UPS driver or USPS driver or dropped off at any of thousands of UPS or USPS drop-off locations. Once your return is received at our processing center, you will receive a refund except for the shipping, along with an email message confirming receipt as long as the e-mail is enclosed with the return. Packing and sending your return in the box the items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing is appropriate. If the item needs to be returned due to an error in the shipping due to Happi-Nappi, we will gladly email you a shipping label to return the item. Simply apply the prepaid shipping label that our customer care representative will email to you. Give the package to your UPS or USPS driver or drop it off at any UPS or USPS drop-off location.
We will also pay for the shipping on the returned item to your location.
If the item is exchanged due to Happi-Nappi™ sending the wrong item ordered, we will pay for the return shipment to our location and the return shipment to your location.
If you exchange the item due to your choice for an other item, the return shipping is your responsibility to and from our location.
